Worth it: households that refuse a freezer, want a pantry subscription, and picked UnKibble on purpose.
Not worth it: a clinic therapeutic diet; people who wanted Farmer’s Dog packs; anyone using “human-grade” as a feeding trial.
They also sell fresh. Read the configurator. Do not assume every box is UnKibble.
What you are buying
A personalized plan, a scoop, and bags that live in the pantry if you chose UnKibble. Complete-and-balanced on a complete plan is the same legal-ish job a good bag does. Moisture is lower than frozen fresh — that is the point.
You are not buying a lab we ran. You are buying logistics without a thaw.
Backup kibble still belongs in the closet. Autoship that bag.
